Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by Five Element flows—grounding the body, relaxing the muscles, and quieting the mind. No experience needed. All are welcome.
Thursdays, 6–7:30pm at Gallery Lane Cove + Creative Studios.
Book now and experience mindfulness in motion.
